What happens when I exceed my plot or hectare limit?
You can add extra plots at $0.50 per plot per month, or expand by area at $1.00 per hectare per month beyond your tier's included limits. Billing adjusts automatically each month.
How does Supplier Connect pricing work?
Supplier Connect is available on Estate and Multi-Estate plans. There is a 2% take-rate on each order transacted through the platform, covering payment processing and coordination.
Do I need internet access for the app to work?
No. EstateField is built offline-first. Supervisors can complete all field tasks, mark completion, attach photos, and log materials without connectivity. Data syncs automatically when a connection is available.
Can I switch plans or upgrade later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier's features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
Most estates can self-onboard at no extra cost. For large estates over 1,000 ha that need professional mapping assistance, there is a one-time $200 setup fee for the mapping service.

EstateField runs on Android and iOS devices, including low-cost smartphones commonly used in field operations. The interface is optimized for one-handed use and large touch targets.
